This picture was created in rememberance of "God's Friday." The start of the Easter weekend.
I found this picture which was taken sometime last year in my picture folder and thought that it would be fitting for use with John 3:16.
Grab a cup of coffee and join me...

There is snow on the ground this morning. Quite a contrast from a couple of days ago when the weather was up in the 70's. It makes me appreciate my hot coffee and warm office.

While searching for some good news I ran across the following event that will take place in northeast Ohio. The largest buffet will be held this Saturday at the Amish Flea Market. The results will be submitted to the Guinness Book. This will be a neat event to support if you're in the area. Check it out at www.worldslargestbuffet.com

This is National Public Health Week. Check out the information available to the public for yourself or someone that you know. There is a lot of valuable information at www.nphw.org
I have a nice cup of hot coffee in front of me!

I couldn't sleep so I decide that I needed to write some of the things passing through my mind. It is not a good idea to read the news before going to bed. If it is bad news you are depressed. If it is great news you are so excited that you cannot go to sleep. Do I follow my own advice? No.

We could use more good news. Right? How about gas prices have dropped $1. Global warming has been cancel because we are freezing. The congress wants to support our troups. The illegals have all gone home because they were afraid they would have to return their government money handouts. All the publicity seeking movie stars decided to go home and stay inside.

See, I told you that I should not have read the news before going to bed.

Really I've been on a research quest for good news. It's hard, but it is out there & we will find it.

Come and enjoy a cup of coffee! The weather has been nice. Quite a change from the extreme cold temperatures and snow we experienced this past January and February. The last few days have been nice and we are getting ready to garden, mow grass and enjoy outdoor events.

My husband and I have traveled a lot in the last few weeks. We have been as far South as North Carolina and as far West as Iowa, Missouri and Kansas. Lots of miles and lots of beautiful landscape even though most of the trees aren't out yet.

The red buds were blooming and a few trees with white blossoms. They were off in the distance and I do not know what they were. If anyone can fill me in on what they were, I would appreciate it.

Well, I'm not sure if the groundhop saw his shadow or not. It has been raining on and off, but on the whole it has been nice this last day of March.
